There is an update of Google Earth 4 Beta (version number 4.0.2080) here. It has some new features, like Time interface and tagging (I can't seem to get it to work.. ) and other stuff that you can see on that website where you download the program.
Update (September 15): There is another beta refresh, some people were having trouble with the time slider interface. You can get it at the same link above (the version number is 4.0.2091).
