There are some sites that I have been using that just revamped themselves like Yahoo Bookmarks Beta. This new version of Yahoo Bookmarks lets you tag and drag and drop your bookmarks anywhere. There is also a beta of the Yahoo Toolbar 7 (which is optimal for Yahoo Bookmarks Beta, since there's a button for it).
I recommend that you try it.
Note: The new Yahoo Bookmarks will only be visible to you, if you use it. If you want to share your bookmarks, then use Yahoo MyWeb or Del.icio.us.
