For those who wish to install the newest iTunes, please remember to uninstall the previous version. I have had some issues with installing the updated version, but when I uninstalled the previous version, I had no issue of installing the newer version. I don't know if Apple has something on this, but just keep in mind to uninstall an older version before installing the newer one.
The current version of iTunes is 10.0.0.68. I will make a summary of what it can do at a later time.
